The Week In Review

The first week of classes has been a time for reviewing classroom procedures, course overviews, and teacher and student expectations.

Students have been introduced to the "Wall of Character" which will spotlight a different character trait each month.  "Self-Discipline" is our focus through September.

Language Arts instruction will be focused on building upon and strengthening grammar and spelling skills while applying these skills in the writing process.

Fourth grade Social Studies instruction will focus on each region of the United States including the states, capitals, anc history.

QSP FUNDRAISER:

Students have received packets for the PTA fundraiser.  Each student is asked to sell a minimum of $75.  However, students who sell at least $100 will attend a special party with the to 25 sellers qualify to play in the Cash Games.  Go to QSP.com for more information.
