THIS WEEK'S REMINDERS:
This is the last week of the first quarter of the 2013-2014 school year. Students should be sure to study for quizzes and tests as this will be their last opportunity to improve their grades this quarter.
4th graders:
- Vocabulary QUIZ tomorrow - This is a matching quiz with fill in the blank sentences where students will have to choose the correct vocabulary word based on the context of the sentence.
- Reading TEST Wednesday - They received a handout with notes and an explanation of what will be on the test today.
- Social Studies TEST Friday - This will be on the handouts that students have in the social studies section of their binder. We will do lesson 2 Tuesday, and review Thursday. If students know the information on the study guides, they should do well.
5th & 6th Graders:
- ALL students are working on Journal entries that will be used to complete a presentation project that is due next Friday, 10/18. A rubric with specific details will be handed out Thursday when students return to school after their trip to Kanuga.
- They will also have an English TEST Friday, 10/11. We will do a final review Thursday.
