Multiplication Games 

Cursive Writing Practice

• Students should be practicing multiplication facts daily.
• We are currently reading The Whipping Boy in class, and students will write a book report.  I will give them specific directions and show them how to write the report in class.  They will bring their report home prior to the due date for a parent to read it to check for errors.  Please do not have students change the content of their book report as they will write it according to my directions in class.  The due date will be announced upon completion of the reading.
• Spring Music Program is Tuesday, 5/9 at 8:30 a.m. in the gym.
• Students have 6 AR tests due Thursday, May 11 (the original due date was May 12 but we are going on a field trip that day).
• Our train trip and Aquarium visit is May 12.  We will be leaving THA at 6:30 a.m. sharp.  Please be on time as we will not be able to wait for late arrivers.
• Field Day is Monday, 5/22.  Students should bring a towel, sunscreen, and a hat and sunglasses.
• Awards Day is Thursday, May 25 at 8:30 a.m. in the gym. If your child will be leaving after awards, please send a note if they are leaving with anyone other than their parent.
